Got in one of those "nothing-to-do-late-in-the-evening-so-might-as-well-take-a-coupla-quizzes" moods.

What Kind of Reader Are You?
Your Result: Literate Good Citizen

You read to inform or entertain yourself, but you're not nerdy about it. You've read most major classics (in school) and you have a favorite genre or two.

Dedicated Reader
Obsessive-Compulsive Bookworm
Book Snob
Fad Reader
Non-Reader

The only reason I'm not TOO nerdy is because there was no question concerning whether or not I read Shakespeare for fun.

Your Language Arts Grade: 100%

Way to go! You know not to trust the MS Grammar Check and you know "no" from "know." Now, go forth and spread the good word (or at least, the proper use of apostrophes).

What type of person do you attract?
Your Result: You attract geeks!

Your stunning intellect and love of sci-fi and video games allures the geeks like nothing else. Maybe it is the sparkle in your eye that makes them want to text you, who knows. Geeks make good partners, but tend to be arguementative. If you are a TRUE geek magnet, you will know if that was spelled correctly, and actually care. If it is a bad-boy/bad-girl you are seeking, you are barking up the wrong tree, unless they are just 'bad' behind a PS2 console.

You attract unstable people!
You attract Yuppies!
You attract artsy people!
You attract rednecks!
You attract models!

Quizzes for MySpace

I didn't even try to get this result. XD Gonna go now. Night.

Well, nearly twenty-four hours after getting this thing, I post my first entry. I always feel like I have to fiddle with the profile and whatnot first.

Not much to comment on today. I have the entire week off because of Thanksgiving break. Which is a lot for me.. I guess it's a thing public schools around here do.

This is my second year of being in the wonderful world of Orleans Parish public schools (*cough*), but for obvious reasons I was not in New Orleans during the fall. My house is okay, we only got a foot or so of flooding in the basement (which is technically the first floor), and the contractors are almost through renovating it. In fact, my older brother should be able to move downstairs next week. Finally, all of that drilling and sawing right below my bedroom at terrible hours in the morning is going to stop. XD

I'll just come to this site every now and then when I feel the need to express myself through words. My friends and family are all really busy right now with their own problems, so I could use an alternative method of venting. Not that I'm going to turn this into a terrible, whiny, teenager's diary.

Hm. Contractors are here. I suppose I should get out of my "lounge-around-the-house-like-a-couch-potato" clothes.

Later. ^^

P.S. - The whole liberate potatoes thing? Don't ask.
